About me

   My name is Tamas. I'm a manual and holistic therapist, qualified PE teacher and sports coach. In the last 2 decades, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience at different therapies to ease the overloading of the body and mind and promote recovery and relaxation.

   In our life we are too busy with work, education, bringing up family, that we hardly ever have time for ourselves. Too much stress or coping with everyday life causes headaches, back pain, muscle tensions etc., what makes our life even more difficult.

Indian head massage

   Indian head massage is based on ancient Ayurvedic healing techniques.

   There are a range of different movements used including application of deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas. In addition, the therapist also gently stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face.

    The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Holistic therapies


      Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.               When the flow of the "Life Force Energy" is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. Imbalances can be caused from many situations occurring in our lives, such as: emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings, including fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, negative self-talk, toxicity, nutritional depletion, destructive lifestyle and relationships, neglect of self and lack of love for oneself or others, from emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way...
