Breath coaching 

Breathing is life.

We do it all the time, without even noticing it.

It is controlled by the autonomic nervous system, what is responsible for the fight/flight actions.

   With some specific breathing practice, you will be able to reduce stress, anxiety, use it as a pain relief tool. It can reduce blood pressure, digestive issues and improves the immune system as well. It can even stimulate and `wake you up`,  just like your monrning coffee, if need a boost.

Learning to breathe, is vital for the body and mind`s wellbeing. Did you know, it is also the first step to learn to meditate?
